“This was a deep renovation with a long-term client of mine, Holmes Place, Premium Fitness Club. The potential was tremendous but the architectural constraints heavy. Fortunately the client was fully on-board for some dramatic changes.
We took down walls; moved the reception, the office and the lounge; removed the ceiling and floors; created new areas, lighting structure and traffic flow, etc...
All this while the club was OPEN!
After over 18 months of planning, designing, renovating and decorating we have a brand new venue. The members were grateful for the upgrade and my client happy for meeting their clients' expectations.

Renovation of an historical venue at Maison des Paons in the center of Geneva to hold a state-of-the-art business center for the worldwide business chain Regus.
“The venue was specially designed with the well-being of the collaborators in mind. An unique and innovative place that allows mobile workers to enjoy not only the functional but also the aesthetic aspect of it. Lamps that diffuse daylight, ergonomic chairs for better posture, all furniture was designed in detail for this space. Virginia points out the hidden USB connections integrated directly in the magnificent tables which all have their own unique structure (and sculpture!). We can even make a discrete phone call in a sofa corner, conceded in a material that absorbs the sound!
Because this is the idea, to still find some privacy within an open space."

The original 200-year old "Homestead of Oldenburg" was carefully restored, renovated and opened up for easy modern family living, retaining its essential historical provenance with gracious Cape Dutch and Cape Revival proportions.
